Product Introduction
Aramid fiber rope is a rope woven from aramid fibers and has the following characteristics:
High strength: The weight to tensile strength is 6 times that of steel wire, 3 times that of fiberglass, and 2 times that of high-strength nylon industrial yarn.
High modulus: The tensile modulus is 3 times that of steel wire, 2 times that of fiberglass, and 10 times that of high-strength nylon industrial yarn.
High temperature resistance: The continuous use temperature range is from -196 ℃ to 204 ℃, with a shrinkage rate of 0.560 ℃ at 150 ℃. It does not decompose or melt at high temperatures.
Fireproof and flame retardant: It has good flame retardant properties and is not easy to burn.
• Chemical corrosion resistance: Has good resistance to various chemical substances.
• Dimensional stability: Low shrinkage rate, able to maintain good dimensional accuracy under different environmental conditions.
• Puncture resistant, cutting resistant, and wear-resistant: With good mechanical properties, it can withstand a certain degree of external damage.
